I'm long time motorcycle enthusiast riding on different bikes for over 30 years and modyfing almost all of them one by one (mostly sport bikes).
Mitrax idea came up in my mind 4 or 5 years ago when I started my next project bike - Yamaha wr250x converting it from simple supermoto to light mini adventure bike with the best possible aftermarket parts you can buy out there. It's my 2nd wr250x, first one (2010) was mostly stock, current 2011 one has only OEM frame, swingarm and speedo, the rest is heavily tuned up including the engine or suspension. Since tuning bikes takes a lot of time and $ plus almost all the add-ons for wrx/wrr have to be imported from the States, Autralia, Japan or other countries outside Europe I've designed few aftermarket parts on my own and here they are so you can buy them in EU and save your time/money on shipping, customs fees and VAT. All Mitrax products are made of quality materials with the latest engineering techniques available. No jokes or cheap crap.
Product testing is important for Mitrax so
I ride with just about every product I make or sell, therefore I know what works well and what
doesn't or needs further improvement(s). If a product doesn't work, I just won't sell it - plain and
simple. My motorcycles and race bikes are test beds for my products. I also listen closely to our
customers to see what products they like, and what they would like to see as an offer on Mitrax
website in the future.
